KNPB Remain Committed To Fight Without Violence!

It is, affirmed Chairman of KNPB, Victor Yeimo, told reporters in Abepura (10/09/2014), this afternoon.

Yeimo said, there are efforts being conducted by the Papua Police to criminalize continuous, chase, and kill members of the KNPB in the entire territory of West Papua.

"During this time, we are trying to take the fight to the efforts of dignity. However, always take the path of violence and undignified is the military and police," he said.

Therefore, it has asked law enforcers in Papua, especially Papua Police and the military commander not to criminalize the KNPB.

"KNPB reiterated for the umpteenth time, that the KNPB from the beginning to this day do not perform resistance movement with violence. KNPB still committed to nonviolence," said Yeimo.

Yeimo also asked Papua Police to immediately instruct the entire police chief in Papua to stop efforts to criminalize the KNPB members ..

"KNPB and Indonesia are the enemy. However, invites KNPB colonial state institutions in order to appreciate the struggle for peace and dignity that continues to be taught by the KNPB greedy and militaristic rulers of this," he said.

"The Papuans are fighting the fact that can not be masked, so KNPB invites Indonesian state and military institutions in Papua to resolve the Papua issue dignified manner," concluded Yeimo.
